Welcome to Stone & Sons Property Management, where our family handles all aspects of property management for your family. As residents of Vero Beach, Florida, the Stone family established their reputation in the community many years ago, with Chuck’s father becoming well known as a prominent state prosecutor and local attorney, while his mother held the position of vice president at a local bank. Following in the footsteps of their parents with professions that also focus on the needs of the community, two of Chuck’s four siblings are also local attorneys, while two other siblings have careers in business and in education.

When considering his own profession, Chuck Stone began his career as a middle-school teacher, but quickly discovered that a future in the classroom held no long-term interest for him. Instead, Chuck, who had been working with local contractors in the construction industry since the age of 15, chose to pursue a career that would allow him to use his experience in construction – along with the relationships he developed over the years – to inspire him to start his own painting company, Chuck Stone Painting, in 1991.

Shortly after Chuck Stone Painting was founded, Chuck was joined by his brother-in-law, Allan, and in later years, Chuck’s son, John, and Chuck’s nephews, Aaron and Tyler, also joined the business, firmly establishing the company as fully family-owned and operated. The emphasis Chuck places on family is as important to him as creating and maintaining reliable long-term business relationships with the most talented and trusted high-end contractors available. Today, the same dedication to meeting and exceeding the needs of every client is also evident at Stone & Sons Property Management, where Chuck and his family are eager to build a new relationship with your family that will last for many years to come.
